Saddle Consignment Details

We offer Consignment services for english and western saddles at a low rate of 25% (minimum consignment fee of $100). If you are interested in consigning your saddle with us, please fill out the form below, attach pictures.  After your application is reviewed, we will contact you with pricing for your saddle. If your saddle is accepted, you will then be provided with instructions on shipping/drop off and what information to include in the box with your saddle.

ANY SADDLE SENT TO US ON CONSIGNMENT AND THEN ASKED FOR BACK BY THE OWNER WILL BE CHARGED A $75 FEE AS WELL AS SHIPPING CHARGE OF $100 BACK TO OWNER IF APPLICABLE. ALL SADDLES SENT ON CONSIGNMENT MUST INCLUDE A CLEAN SADDLE COVER OR ONE FROM WILLOW TACK WILL BE PROVIDED AND $35 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE SALE OF THE SADDLE.

Saddle Trials

Trial Policy Information

The trial period serves as your opportunity to inspect and test ride the saddle in order to ensure the correct fit for you and your horse. Please carefully read all of the information on this page before taking a saddle on trial.

  • All saddles are sold as-is with no warranty.
  • At the time of your order, you will be charged for the saddle plus shipping and insurance if applicable. Shipping and insurance rates are below. Local Pick Up/Drop off is also available
  • Length of trial is 5 days, not including date of delivery. Extensions of the trial period are available as needed by request.
  • Saddle must be postmarked returned no later than the 5th business day of the trial if being returned. (Exceptions can be made as long as we are contacted and agree on a day)
  • Saddle needs to be returned in same condition for full refund of saddle purchase price (minus restocking fee).
  • Ship saddle for return insured with a signature requirement. Acceptable shipping methods are UPS, FedEx or DHL (please do not use post office to ship saddle back).
  • The purchase price of the saddle is refundable if you need to make a return, however the shipping and insurance is non-refundable.
  • Refund for saddle will take place within 1 business day after saddle arrives safely and in the same condition.
